Thai Express — Restaurant in Regina

This place was horrible. We ordered 1 red curry beef, 1 chicken soya garlic stirfry, 2 beef Thai fried rice. They messed up while making the red curry beef and tried to give the red curry chicken to me even though I ordered the beef one. After confronting him he remade it. The soya garlic chicken stirfry didn’t taste right because there was no garlic flavour at all. It basically tasted like teriyaki and soya sauce, not garlic. All the ingredients tasted old especially the meat and rice. There was no salt in all four of the dishes. There was no gravy in any of them so all of them were too dry. There was barely any vegetables in the red curry and the beef fried rices. This is the worst tasting Thai Express I’ve ever had in multiple cities. I wasted 70$ on this shitty food. It was so inedible I had to throw all of them out. Writing this review so others can avoid this store. If you really want Thai Express go to another franchise. This one is HORRIBLE!! AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS!! I would give this 0 star but it’s not possible so...

We stopped here with our three small, cranky children in the middle of a long drive across provinces, thinking we would grab a quick fast food meal - but honestly it was so much more than that! We ended up ordering 2 fried rice dishes, the steamed peanut chicken dumplings, two Thai noodle soups, the Shaka bowl and the banana-chocolate and pineapple cakes. Everything was so delicious and well presented! The kids gobbled everything up, and even the pickiest of our eaters said that it was amazing. Our littlest said it was a ten out of ten, and the grown ups agree! Also the service was top notch; Praveen and his team were so friendly and accommodating, and the kids even felt comfortable asking for water and extra spoons too. Afterward, we resumed our long drive, much happier after a good, reasonably healthy meal. We are going to make it a point to stop here on our way back through Regina. No plates. The pad Thai was more like tofu noodles. No veggies in the pad thai. The owners are cheap because they just want to keep one person who will do the money transaction. Will pick up the phone calls. Do the skip to do dishes order at the same time and also make food for the customers who are inside the restaurant. Cleanliness not at all. waste of money should have gone to walk box much more better. Much more quality for it.

Tofu was more like a rubber with 3 pieces of tofu in my plate.

I would have made a better pad Thai than what was served. Never...
