Not a very good experience all around. Ordered through uber eats and the menu only had names, no ingredients. Don't know who's fault that is but decided to order anyway. We ordered a sub and noted no onions since we didn't know the initial ingredients. I received a phone call that was definitely difficult as there was a huge language barrier. He did not understand the request as the onions are prepared in the sauce. We then just ordered a different sub over the phone because that one he stated didn't have onions on it. Didn't get what we ordered and was a bit disappointed in what we did get. Good note, the gentlemen on the phone was trying to be as friendly as possible even though he didn't understand my request. I wasn’t a fan overall. It’s extremely healthy options- Which I love and seek out. Priced accordingly. Staff was friendly. Meals were made to order and no complaints. However when I go out I am looking for something more unique; here I felt like the sandwich I ordered I could reproduce at home without the added cost. There was nothing that stood out or was special. I would return if I couldn’t find another option, or if I wanted something healthy but didn’t have options. I had an amazing experience at Press D Sandwich! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish.
