Would like to thank the older Gentleman with glasses who took are order. A ICED Venti Carmel macchatio w/ 4 shots of white mocha, not too hard to follow, but I guess we missed the part where they asked if it was iced or hot at the end. Needless to say we got to the window, an older gentleman was very kind, extremely great customer service, but handed us a hot drink. We nicely said we asked for iced but I would have paid for a hot as well but he turned around too quick for him to catch that part. Now the little girl in back with dark hair and grey sweat shirt must of been having a bad day, because she purposely went out of her way and loud enough for us to hear her say to the guy it was our fault and made a fuss and then keep going off. We still gave 5 stars because the gentleman with the glasses was extremely kind and never made a stink about it. Asked how are day was, etc. Overall...

My husband stopped to pick me up a chai tea he brought it home and it was not a chai tea so he went back and got another one he even said the manager made it up for him he brought it home and it was still not a chai tea so I took it back ask for the manager told her the situation she responded let me get you a new one one of the other girls that was working said oh my goodness we had a mix-up in machines I am so sorry the manager comes back gives me my chai tea and I say we had to come back twice can't you offer me a free chai tea her response was no I this made me very unhappy and I will be getting my chai tea...

The Great Decaf Refill Deception

This Regina Starbucks offered a masterclass in misleading policies. Asked for a refill (they advertise free refills), first barista just said to leave my cup. Waited 15 minutes for nothing. Turns out, "free refills" apparently don't apply to decaf Americanos – a fact only revealed by a second barista after my extended wait.

Perhaps the staff should try their own (alleged) free refills to wake up and inform customers properly. Instead, I got a 15-minute coffee mirage. Needless to say, this decaf drinker won't be refilling my...
