Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Regina

First of all, this Tim Hortons does not have a drive thru, so ignore the clowns that can't see to manage through google, they are talking about the location next to the RC Hobby store. This is the best Tim Hortons in Regina, staff is very kind, very patient for those who can not seem to figure life out at 7AM. Coffee is never bad, always get it correct, order the same thing everyday and its never tasted difference once like when you go to the Tim Hortons in Regina that do have a drive thru. Horrible customer service. I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes for my double double coffee and after I drove away with it and I saw its just a black coffee. I went back to the Tim Hortons and realised that now I have to wait another 20 minutes to get my issue addressed to them. Drive through which is a convinience option for everybody out there was made so much of inconvenience for me. I hope that manager and staff will take better care when they serve...

The one lady who works with the head scarf is ALWAYS rude. Never greets anyone. Always in a pissy mood. I was at this location at about 4:45 on April 13th. I've complained about this lady multiple times and nothing seems to happen. She needs a lesson in customer service.
