Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Regina

This was our 1st time ordering from this location. It may have been our last. Picked up our pizzas drive home only to see that one of them was incorrect. Called back to the store and no answer...called back 3 more times before anyone answered. They said they are busy and asked me to call back in 30 minutes. I told them I already recieved our pizzas and there is one that is wrong...he put me on hold, then I could hear people talking and then they hung up in me. So I called back...just let it ring and ring...no answer. I was pretty cranky by now as this is our supper that is getting cold...so we took the wrong pizza back to them. They asked me twice what was wrong with it...I showed them the receipt and explained to them that they didn't make the correct pizza. They said they think they gave my pizza to someone else. They would have a new one ready in 10 minutes. When it was ready they waved at us, put the pizza down on the counter and walked away. I looked it was put back in the same box I brought the other one in and there was more of the thin crust showing then there was toppings....but since no ine was at the counter and I didn't want to wait or make my family wait to eat any longer we just took it. Customer service is key in any industry and if thats how they are going to treat their customers this one won't be open long. Its strange that every time we order via Pizzahut, we have issues. Tonight will be the last time we make the mistake of ordering your pizza:

We made our order online and almost instantly got a phone call. For whatever reason, you did not have the 14" pizza that we wanted. Instead we had to substitute for a square smaller size. Why don't you have what you advertise??

We used a cupon on your site to get a free icetea with the purchase of a pepsi? When the driver got to our house, he forgot the pepsi and had to go back for it. Still no icedtea. Apparently the coupon is no longer valid. If a coupon is on your site, it should be honoured otherwise what is the point of having coupons?

Aside from you not having anything that we actually ordered, the pizza was 45 min late. Your site said it would be ready by 8:45 pm and it arrived at 9:30. It turns out that sitting in a car for 45 minutes cools the pizza down, or so I would assume, as the pizza was not hot when we got it.

Next time we will order from Dominoes as they have what we order. Their pizza is half the price, and based on tonight's pizza, it is twice as good. And it also...

First, the people on the phone did not get my information down in a timely manner. I repeated my phone number at least 3 times, if not more. Next, they were having a free upgrade to cheese-stuffed crust so we did that, but the total for a large supreme ended up being $27 so we got pepperoni instead and brought it down to $23. Seemed pricey, but we said maybe it'll be big and we'll have lots of leftovers. Next, the only good thing about the whole experience was that they arrived 20 minutes after we ordered as opposed to 45, which they had said. But, when we examined our pizza, which was to feed two 19 year old girls, it looked very small. We paid and began to eat, only to realize that the pizza was not fully cooked. The dough was flimsy and the cheese in the crust was still a bit stiff, not gooey like seen in the commercials. Don't get pizza here: it's overpriced, not cooked well, and the sizes are way too small. A large fed two girls with one...
