Really great customer service every time and convenient parking but for starbuck standards I have to sadly review that they don’t align with the industry standards for their latte formulas. One other small blip is that they don’t have the ability to honour the Starbuck rewards or at least this location says they won’t redeem them. I’m disappointed everytime (insert sad face). It’s the only location in Canada I’ve been rejected in redeeming my rewards or the ability to scan my online cc payment (on the app) other than usage of the gift card. Honestly, I can overlook this as I don’t want to sound too picky but I suppose I’m very used to the recipe and consistency of Starbucks so I’m always a bit shocked and dissapointed with my drink orders from this location. All I really want is for this Starbucks to be a bit more attentive to the recipe standards on how many pumps of flavouring they use for each drink. That would make me a truly delighted customer. I take ownership as I know they would gladly remake my drink if I asked but I’m usually taking my first sip when I’m halfway across town. We ordered cookies crumble frappe with no whip on the top and got a drink with regular Lid and asked her to change the lid one with the bigger mouth( we always have to tell them at the window every time) and she was very mad n rude like we have asked her to give us a free drink or we were asking her rudely. It was prepared wrong and after I mentioned that to an employee- she suggested that because I ordered it this way that’s what I get. She took back my coffee and returned it the same way saying that I’m wrong and that’s how it’s served. I pay over $7 for my coffee to have a specific taste to it.
