I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I was a bit disappointed with the service. I ordered through Skip the Dishes and because there was no option for salami, I chose ham and added a note saying “substitute salami please”. When it arrived, there was ham instead of salami on the sub and the note shown in the photo. I gave them a call to ask about it and she first told me there was an option on the Subway website after I told her I ordered over Skip. She dumped salt and pepper on my sub to the point it was not editable and I had to tell her I’m not gonna eat that she was just gonna sell it to me anyways. She just didn’t put it together with Care at all and seemed annoyed that she had to do her job she just slapped it all together. When I went to return my sandwich I was told that it was cook in the "oven" toaster for the appropriate time and it couldn't have been frozen.
