Ordered a Royal, our favorite pizza by far! Unfortunately this time our Pizza arrived with soggy crust. Called in to see what could be done and the lady answering the phone called us liars. Put us on hold and then hung up after 10 mins. Then when we called again said that is how it is all the time. Even though we have ordered from here 3 other times.. it has never been like this. Edit after response: The previous time we ordered there was a hair baked into the pizza, that is why we were offered 50% off. We were content with this. At the time of first complaint on the next pizza (above) we asked for a remake and were told they would send the delivery driver to get the pizza but would not replace it or offer a refund. (At this time we ate 2 slices. Hardly "most of the pizza") The person we spoke to was very disrespectful. See above. We asked for the manager to call us the next morning, at this time they offered a free pizza on our next visit. And again we were content, this would be good enough. And yes, we were kind on the phone, why be rude? But we did not praise the staff at all. We did appreciate the resolution after the fact, but also believe the review made last night and posted this morning to be an accurate portrayal of the staffs attitude. Just because you are planning to make the pizza right next time (we muchly appreciate the effort made by the manager) we still take issue with your unprofessional staff. Have a better day!

When I picked up the food I was met with some smartass comment about my tip being too small for my take-out order. I tip very well for good service when I eat inside a restaurant, but with take out I don't feel the need. In his defence he had a rough accent and I'm not 100% sure what he was talking about as I just picked up key words. On the way home I noticed a foul smell. I actually thought one of the kids left a sandwich under the seat to rot, until the smell followed the food box into the house. The French fries and the dry ribs both smelled terrible, likely because of old, dirty fryer oil that they are too cheap to change. The dry ribs were badly overcooked. The dry rib order was for 2 pounds. My accurate food scale shows 1 pound 4.6 oz (1.29 pounds). Not even close. Not that I want any more of this dog food, but that is flat out lying to the customer. We ate food from this establishment a few times while it was still called Uplands Pizza. It was usually pretty good. I won't be back however. Better off at Western Pizza just down the street on 9th Ave N.

A few years ago I gave them an awesome review. Ordered about once a week. Last experience was terrible and I wanted to give them a bad review, but didn't. Today I thought lets give them another try. Girl friend at work order these wings and Caesar salad, as you can see both the salad and wings are in the garbage. I ordered a steak sandwich and it was the tiniest/thinnest steak you could find. Fries were under cooked and I threw them out. I knew not to have the salad as last time it was brown and when I called to tell them they basically told me I was nuts. Our order came to $45.69 plus a 10% tip and all we could eat was the steak and mushrooms. (Mushrooms weren't like they use to be). Not sure what happened but they totally suck now.

I ordered here like I do quite often. And like most times it's either cold or missing something. Tonight I called then and told them I never dressing for my salad. Then I noticed they over charged me with out telling me. I wanted a plum sauce and honey mustard sauce. So I told her she charged me extra with out telling me. I said u never told me there was charge for picking my sauces. So she sits on the phone arguing about the salad dressing said it was with my hot food not with my salad. . Salad dressing to to be cool with the salad not warm with your hot meal. All the lady kept saying I was wrong and she was right. I asked for the owner or manager . They refused to give me there name and numbers . Just yelling at me on the phone. Salad also was brown. Hasnt been covered in water. Very poor for what you get for your money. If u have customer service ppl please have them able to speak and under stand English. Nothing wrong with them . But poor customer service or lack there of. Will be doing western pizza for now on. Manger called and said the owner would call me tomorrow. See what...
