We always go to this location 3-4 times a week because me and my wife love the food but usually we do takeouts but this is the first time we decide to go inside the restaurant because my wife is pregnant and she has to go washroom but they have to restrooms one is closed and the other one is clogged and then when me,my wife and my mother in law and my sister we are waiting at the counter for giving the order but there is one guy who is just hanging around he dont ask us for anything and then when we go to other side till to give the order and the guy come to us and he is just staring at us he didnt even ask for anything then we give the order and he puts the order now on the other side of counter and he didnt tell us our food is on that side im so pissed of from staff poor customer service that guy make us feel like he didnt care about the customers and this is my first time in life i am giving a review to a food place because that guy make us feel like we are nothing.
I request to the management of this location please have a look on that kind of staff and from now im not going on that location And i just want to tell the time what time we are there (The Time is 8:00 PM to (8:30)PM please have a look management if you guys really care...
Read moreI usually order a medium cappuccino from your branch and am always served by a Filipino cashier. So far, the service has been consistently good—friendly and accommodating.
However, this morning around 11AM, I was quite upset by the experience I had with a cashier whose name I didn’t catch completely, but it sounded like “Preet.” I ordered a medium cappuccino as usual, but she gave me a triple-triple instead. When I pointed it out, rather than apologizing for the misunderstanding, she responded in a sarcastic tone, as if blaming me for the incorrect order.
When I finally received the cappuccino, I noticed it was unusually light. Upon checking, I realized the cup was only about a quarter full of coffee and the rest was foam. When I asked if a bit more coffee could be added, she responded that it was the standard. I asked politely again, and she eventually replaced it—but not without a noticeably sarcastic expression.
I don’t usually raise complaints, but this experience stood out because it was a disappointing contrast to the otherwise pleasant service I’m used to. I hope this feedback helps in maintaining the quality of service your customers...

Waited for 3-5 minutes without any of the staff acknowledging me or the line of about 8 people that formed behind me. Not even a "hello" or "we'll be right with you". Finally gave up and left, as I drive away I could see that the guy behind had still not been acknowledged. Time before this I had to say my donut order about 6 times and they still messed it up. Should've learnt my lesson that time. The owner replied below but the support process with the link is broken. On mobile it just launches the mobile app (if you have it installed) and does not take you anywhere relevant to support. On Web it makes you select a country and when you do it takes you to a marketing page. If you go back and click the link again, it takes you to the generic support page which, for me, could not be completed as even though I set my location to Canada it will not allow me to set an address in Canada (only USA) and thus, I cannot fill...
