Ultimate Experience — Restaurant in Regina

Not entirely impressed anymore and when I tried to bring people in because I used to love the place, the experience we just had made it impossible to want to come back. Several of the old cooks aren't there, the lady running the place is rude not just to customers but other staff. She's dirty, she was handling money last night and without washing her hands, starting touching food. Then when we told the cook who was helping us at first to substitute onions (because of allergy) she came in and started yelling at him for doing it and not in English. Then when I asking to put something different on my burger that I had before, she said no we don't have that button. So now the food, used to be the best burgers in town, hands down. Last night not so much, both our burgers were under cooked and tasted sour. I think this should be reported to the health department for unsafe food handling practices. I will post this and hope that it's the change that needs to happen. Please bring back educated cooks, so that I can start enjoying this...

Update: April 29 2023 After ordering 10 or more burgers I've found the food to be consistent. It's a good size, it's tasty, fresh, filling but overall it stays the same. Hooe one day you'll make regular fresh fries tho. Went around 5/5:30pm Wed October 26 2022 Guy at the counter was engaging and helpful. I didn't get his name. I was disappointed they didn't have a spicy burger on the menu yet they have a spicy chicken burger on the other side??? But when I asked for some spice they went to the chicken side and got jalapenos and their spiciest hot sauce. It was a perfect heat without being too hot..the burger was filling, fresh and tasty. I didn't like the crusted crunchy fries. They were hot fresh out the oil but they just aren't my kind of fries. I would definitely order the burger here again. This is my first time visiting this place, I was very excited when I saw the menu, however, unfortunately the food practices and food safety are not up to my standards. The staff was very friendly and patient when I was taking time to decide what to order. I ended up choosing the ultimate barnyard which for the most part looked okay, but I could not eat the rest of the burger after my first bite because I noticed the burger itself was way undercooked and that raw meat had touched everything else in the burger so I had to toss it I would like to see improvements to the quality control before I go there again (if I go again), especially for the $22 price point.
