Burger King — Restaurant in Regina

I made the mistake of ordering through the Burger King app, while I acknowledge I selected the wrong restaurant, when I asked if the order could be moved to the location I was standing in, this one, the tall white kid with the blonde hair stood there saying “no!”. Then he got his manager, an obese woman with dark skin and hair in a ponytail and glasses, who came around and said “no we can’t!” While laughing at me. When I asked how to rectify this she said nothing but stood there shaking her head. No attempts to direct me how to resolve this.

There were 3 people standing behind the counter and one other customer waiting for her meal, as I watched the manager who was doing food prep wipe her face and then toss food bits back into the individual bins where they pull toppings out for new customer orders.

Not only are these people rude with absolutely zero customer service skills, they’re unhygienic.

Reached out to Burger King through the app and a woman named Jessica did everything in her power to resolve this. I applaud her efforts for trying to clear this up.

0 STARS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. After standing inside for 3 mins without anyone helping me i ordered 1 burger. I asked for bbq sauce on it 3 times. Never got the bbq sauce. 😕 why do I even bother asking for anything at this location. They don't understand anything I say to them. I asked 3x for a receipt and she still didn't know what I was talking about. Please learn to speak English if you are working customer service. Sorry to sound rude but this is the worst location ever. Tried to order coffee there one time while working an overnight shift at hospital and they told me they don't serve coffee untill 7am. This was at 445am. That's ridiculous as you serve breakfast food and theres nowhere else around the hospital to get coffee in middle of the night. I was willing to wait for a fresh pot but the refused. Overall the staff here seem rude for no reason at all and they don't understand you 3 quarters of the time. My order is...

June 10th 2024. Walked up to the counter for dine in meal. My wife asked questions about the different menu options. The young lady seemed new at the job. I paid with a large denomination bill and she had to ask the East Indian manager for more Change from the other till. Well this manager was giving the young trainee some real attitude about everything and the gleam of hatred in her eye was unbelievable towards her and us. The whopper meals were obviously pre cooked and sitting for quite some time as well as the fries because the food was far from hot. Not an enjoyable experience to say the least. I've experienced the lady managers attitude a couple of times in the past as well. She really needs to take the chip off of her shoulders and think about customer service. On a positive note the restaurant was nice and clean but we won't be back anytime soon because of the service...
