TJ's Pizza — Restaurant in Regina

Update to the update: thought we would give it one more try and it was one of the best Pizzas I've ever had....way to redeem yourselves!!

Update: They refunded the whole purchase amount.

I have never been so disappointed with a pizza before. Ordered placed at 5:54 pm today. And at 7:15, still no pizza. I called to inquire about it and was told it is on the way. 2 minutes later the driver called stating he could not find our address that the numbers on the intercom started at 200. I explained that the main floor is along the front of building with their own entrances. He came I gave him the money and took the pizzas. The boxes were cold. I opened the first box and it looked like it had been dropped and there was a piece missing and it was ice cold...I mean like it came out of the fridge. The second box was in disarray as well, all the pieces were there, but it too looked like it was dropped and it too was ice cold. I called to let you know the situation and was offered replacement. I said if we can get it hot and was assured it would be here in 45 minutes and hot. Well it is going on 90 minutes and still no hot pizza!!! Terrible service! You have lost a customer. I will be telling everyone I know about my experience, and I know a lot of people.

TJ's is by far one of my favorite places to order pizza, I have been buying from them for years and never had any problems, they always delivery quality great food.

Their standard sauce is excellent, and their gourmet options are great too. They have so many different options, you would be hard to not find a flavour for everyone. Some of my favorite highlights: Chicken Ranch, Veggie Supreme, All Meat and All Dressed, Philly Cheese Steak, Beef/Chicken Taco, and all of the traditional classics such as pepperoni bacon mushroom, etc...

They offer skip the dishes, but DON'T ORDER USING SKIP. TJ's have an excellent website, where you can use coupons and make delivery or pickup orders. It works great, gives rewards, and offers free delivery for nearby locations. If you have any issues (which are rare), you can contact the store and don't have to deal with Skip.

Last night I picked up the 2 for one lasagna $16. A small ceasar salad and a small Greek salad. Included 2 pop and 2 slices of garlic bread. The food was great I'd like to say it would have been fantastic. But what I wonder why they use such large containers or why the say 2 for the cost of 1? We could have put both onto one container. I understand the cost of noodles is throught the roof. But I just wonder the would be so cheep on the cheapest item on their menu. I'd include pictures but 3 bights and both containers were empty before I got home to sample it. TJ pizza is ok but it this is the example of what there letting out the door I can not purchase from them again. Kelly...
