🚨Edit: After seeing the owners response to other complaints as an opportunity to insult the customer, the one who literally keeps your business open by spending money at your establishment... I will preface with this: I am a Red Seal Chef of over 10 years. It's your job as a restaurant to provide quality food for paying customers. No excuses. If the customer just "doesn't understand food", that's your fault for not presenting the food in a way that can be widely consumed. Be better - That's it.

I'm actually surprised at how bad my meal was. I went here because the reviews seemed great!

Unfortunately it was horrible. The Donaire wasn't wrapped properly, so when I opened it, it all fell out all over my lap. I tried to fold it back together, but the dough was so raw that it all just stuck together. It was so raw it was translucent in some places (pic for reference) and tasted bitter like raw flour. It was doughy and gross, taking lots of work to chew. Because it was raw. Lol The meat was dry and wet? It was so oily, my mouth was just saturated in oil, but the meat was flaking and dry. Very weird experience.

Meat was kind of flavorful? But hard to tell because there was so much oil. I'm legitimately surprised at how bad it was. Definitely not worth my hard earned money.

It was all such a mess all over my lap, trying to eat it was like eating a greasy half cooked taco. But bad. Like, really bad. I'm so disappointed, still hungry, and out $30.

Definitely won't be coming back, but I hope this feedback is helpful...

New Review August 13, 2022 Went today to try two new items on the menu. Beef and Chicken Kebabs, these items were not available during my first visit. Met with owner Murat Terran who told me about loyalty program where customers get their 10th meal free. Murat sent us complimentary soup and sweet. Our order of beef and Chicken kebabs was made in front of us freshly. We found chicken kebabs more tasty then beef. Our Oder with two bottles of water cost us almost $50.00 for two persons. Place still looks clean and staff friendly.

Old Review New eatery in Regina, welcome addition to something different then fast food. Place was clean and everything prepared in front of you. Ordered two Red Lentil Soups, two Lahmacun, one Spinach & Mozzarella Pide and two bottles of water. Soup and Pide was very good but Lahmacun was nothing special. All main course items based of bread (pita) it’s kind of slim pizza with different toppings. Turkish food is famous for kebabs, Maniti kofte etc but no such items available on menu. Person at the counter informed me that they will be starting kebabs soon. Paid about $50 for two persons. Price of small bottle of water at $2.99 is steep. Will go again to try kebabs...

As a Turkish, I think my comment will be the most valuable and accurate one.

We are all coming from different cultures. So before visiting a new cuisine, I always love to ask a native friend what to expect from the experience. First of all, Turkish restaurants love to serve big portions. Secondly, they are known for their hospitality (believe me sometimes it is too annoying:)) and they always serve little extras. And the last one is to be exceptionally clean.

If you are really into trying new things (like me:)), I can honestly recommend Turkish Express as a great representation of the culture and the cuisine. Their Kebab platter is a must try before you die. I was planning to try a couple more things but I even couldn't finish my plate cause it was huge. ✅️ Staff was so welcoming, helpful and respectful. ✅️ The restaurant was very clean.✅️ And after my meal they served Walnut baklava as a desert and Turkish black tea for free which absolutely made my day✅️.

Just go and try some new things, learn about new cultures and be...
