worst customer service. they lied to me and try to steal my points. when i caught it red handed - they backtracked. come on!! this should not be happening. i went through drive thru to get 2 for 5 dollar meal. it was activated. i had my points on "bank my points" they scanned my card and phone and the coupon will not apply on their screen. i get it...some glitch. they tried again and again. finally another guy comes grabs my phone....does some tapping....scans my phone and viola!!! the price went down...meaning it worked! i was happy. i got my phone back....went to my points area...and he had turned off bank my points and selected to use on sandwiches....and it was going to take away 160 points!!! i said what are you doing? why did you select this....he said no..i did not do it...i said yes you did...i had it on bank my points...he said "well....if you are using coupons....it automatically takes away your points" i was like are you for real? do you understand that makes no sense? whats the point of coupon if its using my points?? i rather use my points? and not coupons....everyone seemed guilty....never apologized....and i left.!! they did this because it was not working after many attempts...and there was line up in drive thru...i get it. i totally do. i work in customer service...but to do that...without my knowledge and then to lie!! its pathetic. i will be writing to tim hortons. please train...
Read moreMarch 1/24 Went through drive through and ordered 2 large London fogs. When getting to the window, they had 1 drink ready but then told us we had to go park at the front since they are timing each order and they already pressed the completed button on our order which they still haven't even gave us the 2nd drink. I got a bit upset as this happens every time we go there and it's too the point where when I drive 5 seconds from the window to the front the drink is already made and the person is waiting for us by the door when I could just wait that extra 5 seconds at the window like ANY OTHER customer waiting for there order.
Now here's the best part of this complaint. Today I got more furious then usual which I shouldn't have but with BPD I cannot fully control my outbreaks, but this lady literally brought security with her and had to give the drink to my mother because she was upset I raised my voice. I understand she was upset because I raised my voice but for her to bring security with her to make sure she was safe as I was in a car parked, was kinda sad tbh.

Nearest location to my place … Some of staff members are so nice but the guy Satwinder dont even know how to communicate with customers … First of all he kept my change as i scanned my app and my coffe was free and today i went there again and just normally explaining the incident to one of the employee and he came from back and jump onto my face like he gonna punch me …. He started arguing with me i was like its ok i can get coffee now but he was like am not gonna be rich with your Dollar and all who the hell he is can talk to customer like this no sence of humor whenever i came he was always laughing and using his own language and making fun of customers like us ….instead of accepting his mistake he started arguments this is totally not okay so unwelcomed behaviour i will never come this loaction again Keep your attitude Satwinder !
