As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was drawn in by the rich aroma. I ordered a bowl of spicy rice noodles, and the service was impressively quick. Before long, a steaming hot bowl was placed in front of me. The bright red broth, paired with fresh vegetables and a variety of toppings, looked incredibly appetizing.

The soup is flavorful and tasty. There was also a decent amount of meat in each of the noodles we ordered. We tried the beef brisket, the minced pork, and the chicken gizzard noodle soups with the spicy soup base. The free appetizers provided were the sour and sweet potatoes and the crispy pork. I chose the spicy Dongbei-style broth with a touch of sesame paste, which gave it a rich kick. The bowl had a generous mix of meat and veggies, and the noodles were more than enough to fill me up.
