I recently had the pleasure of dining at Noodle Legend in Richmond Hill, and I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. But the true highlight of the meal was the lamb skewers.

The skewers were absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned with a mouthwatering blend of spices that brought out the natural flavors of the lamb. Each bite was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, with just the right amount of smokiness from the grill. The dish was served hot and fresh, and the portion size was generous, making it great value for the price.

Aside from the lamb skewers, the rest of the menu was equally impressive, with a wide range of noodle dishes that were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

I'm normally a thicker noodle type of girl . I ordered one of each style noodle however to give it my honest review.. I must say their thinner noodles converted me. They are sooooo good! I love their combo special specials. Such a good deal. Ordered the combo for 2: 🌟 Braised Beef Brisket 🌟 Signature Noodles 🌟 Fruit Vinegar Cucumber 🌟 Grilled Beef Skewer

The skewers were seasoned well. All dishes came out quickly. Staff are so attentive. You are provided a hair tie and a bib. Staff check to see if the broth is to your saltiness and heat levels. So much care I enjoyed both the noodle dishes but the braided beef brisket was a the winner for me. I LOVED the Depth of the both as well as the tenderness of the brisket hunks. I also highly recommend ordering the fruit vinegar Cucumber. These are perfection. So sweet with a tad of heat. I'm still thinking about them.

This spot had a lot of traffic and there's definitely a reason why. I will 100% come back and recommend this spot

Nice, hearty-tasting noodles and dumplings.

I think they reason this place has the high ratings is the combo deals. They have some affordable value combos which are very cost-effective for your wallet in this economy.

The bottoms of the pan fried dumplings were insanely crispy and golden brown which I like. Keep in mind, however, that these are open ended dumplings so if you're expecting meat juice to squirt out when you bite in you will be disappointed. You make your own dipping sauce with the sauce provided at each table.

Onto the soup noodles I ordered. The broth had good flavour and the noodles were firm and chewy. The beef was also tender. My big gripe with the soup noodles is there's too little meat. Like around 5 pieces of meat and that's it. Yes the price is doesn't hurt your wallet but you're also looking at value as a diner and the resto does seem a lil stingy w/ the portioning of their meat.
