Worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Complete lack of professionalism like I've never seen before.

Storytime. They recently raised the price of their slices but didn't change the display sign with the old advertised prices. I complained because that's false advertising and wanted them to honor the advertised price. You'd have thought I asked them to pay off my mortgage as the owner told his worker to take my pizza slices out of the oven and deny me service. I called corporate and got a free $10 credit but walked out without pizza that day.

When I went back a few days later to use the store credit (even called beforehand to corporate and they said I could go in) the owner called the police and trespassed me as retaliation for the complaint I made against his store the other day. He simply did not want to serve me, he was happily making pizzas while I was on the phone with corporate office as they tried to call him in the store, I could hear the phone in-store ringing and he would just ignore it until it stopped. Remember, this is the OWNER of the damn place that acts like this, imagine the other employees.

Bottom line- Dont go here! Everyone is being fake nice, when you have a problem with your order you'll find out what they think of you- you will get treated like a second-hand citizen, just read some other reviews here that are consistent with my experience. The owner doesn't understand any principles of customer service and has a complete lack of professionalism for a business owner. I had been to this place hundreds of times over the years, they lost any and all business from me and anyone I know over a $1 dispute for 2 slices of pizza.

Do yourself a favor and visit Pizza hut down the road, their pizza is much better and...

I want to say I am a loyal patron of “all” Pizzaville and I was conflicted writing this review. I came to this location and ordered a pizza and notice that the person making the pizza was not wearing her mask properly (on her chin and not covering her mouth) and did not notice her washing her hands prior to touching the dough.

Another employee walked in from outside and started to flatten pizza dough. No face mask or washing of hands. As COVID 19 remains a global pandemic, I am very disappointed with the poor hygiene practices displayed on that day. Normally hygiene is not an issue with all Pizzaville locations.

Pizza also tasted off “almost” metallic and had to throw it out.

Walked in and ordered a large pizza, was told it would be 10-15 minutes... Total time - 35 minutes! No apology, no comp, nothing. The people working there are young and really don't seem all that interested in being there, not the best people you want representing your front line. Inside of the store looks desolate, like they're starting to shut down and close the location, not very inviting... Food was okay, nothing to rave over or give an extra star for. After seeing the other reviews it seems lot of other people havehad the same issue with the poor customer service yet nothing seems to have changed.
