I came in for the first time maybe three days ago and, well, the food (and service) was not good. Before coming I looked at the reviews and noticed how positive they were, so I wanted to give them a try. I walked in and noticed that the atmosphere of the place was nice, until I actually ordered. The man who works there was very persistent that I order any combo, even after telling him no. Also while waiting I was on my phone and in the corner of my eye I saw a lot of ants crawling around. Isn't that against the health administration? Having a clean and sanitary restaurant? I didn't want to say anything about it but as a first impression, that's not good. I ordered a regular ground beef burrito bowl and did not receive a lot of it. At Mucho Burrito, they ensure that there are a lot of toppings. Also, the black beans that I ordered were cold, and when I asked for guacamole, the man working just gave me the leftovers in the container. Keep in mind I had to pay a dollar extra for it. The lettuce was also brown and wilted, which is not fresh like it said it would be. Lastly, when it came to buying it, the price rounded off to about $9? The food is over priced and not good. My wife and I just moved into the neighbourhood and this is the second time we’ve eaten here. We are writing this review solely on Shyamal’s exceptional service.

From the beginning he greated us with warmth and friendliness and even cracked a few jokes as we were deciding what to try.

My wife being fairly indecisive was very thankful as Shyamal suggested the BBox which I would highly recommend to anyone trying this place for the first time.

This gives you a taste of almost everything you need from their nachos and extreme fries to how their bowls and burritos would present themselves. Providing you with excellent variety in flavours as well as textures.

For me the protein is important and I didn’t know what to try either but he graciously allowed us to choose 1 protein and the second protein he put on the fries to allow us to know which protein we want in the future!

Ultimately I prefer the pulled pork for texture but the beef for flavour. Next time I’ll have to try the steak!

While we ate in, Shyamal also checked in on us. He is providing restaurant level service at a fast food based restaurant. He absolutely went above and beyond and deserves all 5 of these stars.

Looks like we’ll be coming back when we’re craving!
