Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

this does not even deserve a one star....worst pizza pizza location I've ever been to in my life.

Tonight I visited PizzaPizza in Richmondhill, Ontario (10077 Yonge St.) and this was by far the worst customer service I have received in a restaurant. To begin, when I walked in- nobody approached me until I said "hello, is anyone here"....a middle aged lady came back from the back room texting on her phone as she walked to cash, didn't even say hello to me, but just looked at me and put her phone away. I could not believe what I was seeing. I ordered 10 wings, and had asked if it was possible to get my order without the drum sticks because I strongly disliked them.She said yes, no drum sticks is fine and she can make it without the drum sticks. She did not ask me for any sauces for my wings, which is the normal protocol im used to- the pizzapizza location always asks me if i want them breaded or classic, and if i wanted mild, dry or hot sauce. I didn't even think twice about it until after the order was made. About 15 minutes later the lady comes back out to give me my order, does not say a word to me, once again, I had to ask for a sauce and the drink I had ordered. While waiting for my order 3 other seperate men walk in and each guy had to ask for someone to come cash them out. I could not believe the lack of customer service.

Once I recieved my order, I left the store and thought to myself, maybe I should doubl e check my order to make sure it was right...and it wasn't. I had recieved my entire order in the drum sticks I had requested not to get. I did not get what I had paid for, the customer service was incredibly lacking. I love pizzapizza and I truly could not believe my eyes. It is a shame this had happened to me, I feel like I now need to rethink where my next pizzapizza order...

I have ordered multiple times from this location (through the app). I would say about 5 times out of the many times that I have ordered, the food was decent. But the rest of the time it was really bad. I almost always get the food delivered really late from the time I would place it (with 3 minutes left before their policy of getting your food within 60 minutes or it’s free). Most of the time when I ordered pizza here, there are barely no toppings, the pizza would be undercooked or not cooked to the specifications I had ordered. I ordered once for delivery, and waited about 55 minutes but the food was not delivered (and the app said that they were still preparing the food, even though I ordered 2 medium pizzas). I then made my first call to customer service and mentioned what happened, the guy was so rude and said that the order was on its way and hung up the phone. After waiting another half hour, the food was still not delivered so I called customer service again and explained what happened, the guy said that the shop was closed that whole day and is most likely that the store forgot to close their app so they don't receive orders, and there was no record of me calling into customer service a half hour earlier. The last time I ordered (about 1 month ago) I ended up getting food poisoning. I have never experienced this many issues from one restaurant. I highly recommend people shop elsewhere for...

Used to be better. Ordered an XL Carry-out special at night and received a box full of the day's old pepperoni slices, reheated in the oven.

Went back to get a fresh pizza made and the employee up front tried to say that the pizza was made fresh and simply left to rest on the oven, making it crispy on the bottom. The man making the pizzas in the back knew this wasn't true and it was obvious based on his reaction. Nevertheless the employee at the cash register continued to lecture us on how the pizza was fresh and we don't know, etc.

Unsurprisingly, the fresh pizza looked completely different, had melted cheese (the cheese on the first one was completely solid and orange), and had cut marks in the box from when it was sliced.

The pizza was good, and honestly this is one of the better pizza pizza locations when the employees are honest and don't try to offload old slices onto customers and then lie to them. Unfortunately that was an awful experience that made a simple pizza pickup take the better part of an hour, wasting our time and treating us like fools.

Hopefully this location can train their new employees better and return back to the quality they had a year or two ago. It's a shame but I wouldn't recommend this location anymore unless you walk in and know the...
