It was hard to find a restaurant in YVR that had decent reciews. I was skeptical about ordering raw tuna in an airport, but Hula did not disappoint. I ordered the Tiki with ahi tuna. The dish was very flavourful with a good kick of heat and great textures from the crispy onion and edamame. The tuna did not taste fishy at all, and the portion was a good size. If you're dropping in to YVR and you enjoy poke, I definitely recommend this spot and trying the Tiki.

Had a bit of trouble reading the menu as it keeps switching between English and French. Wish my French was better but it is not. When I did get my order in, the food came quickly. The service was friendly and the price was good. It both looked and tasted amazing!

Had a bit of trouble reading the menu as it keeps switching between English and French. Wish my French was better but it is not. When I did get my order in, the food came quickly. The service was friendly and the price was good. It both looked and tasted amazing!

Fresh, well balanced flavours, kind service. Highly recommend if you are looking for something to eat while at the domestic terminal.

I’ve had a few poke bowls at other places, but never really enjoyed them. I thought I simply didn’t like poke bowls…until I had one at Hula Poke. I had the Yuzu bowl with tofu and it was so tasty I wanted to buy another one. Now I’m just sad it’s not available...

People love to hate on airport food, but this place is absolutely phenomenal. 5 stars easily, not even on the same playing field as other airport restos. A solid poke bowl, super fresh, bold flavors, good portion. Paired with coffee over coconut milk on ice, I have to say this is the best airport meal...
