Do not go here unless you want to pay for overpriced, mediocre at best food. I do not write reviews unless it is warranted.

We initially went here for some quick fare before our early morning flight. I grabbed a veggie wrap and my partner ordered a farmer’s market bagel. I was shocked when the cashier said the total was $32. My expectations for that price were that the food would be extremely fresh, with high quality ingredients, and restaurant level quality. The cashier was also very unfriendly. Didn’t greet us or say goodbye. On my way out I looked at one of their fruit cups (standard cantaloupe, honey dew etc) and it was $10. That is absurd. Another sandwich with Brie, fig, and prosciutto was $20.

The actual food itself was terrible and absolutely not worth the price. My partners bagel was not fresh and was very thin, the egg was like rubber, and the sausage seemed like a frozen patty from 7/11 sandwich. I took a few bites of my wrap. It was spilling over with quinoa, and there were hardly no veggies, and no flavour or dressing. I am a vegetarian. I am not partial to quinoa or vegetables but I couldn’t even get through half of it. It went in the trash. Massive waste of money and will absolutely...

Very expensive terrible food.

I love the dirty apron and have taken cooking classes from them in the past. This isn’t the dirty apron we all know and love. I got the Vegetarian Huevos Rancheros Breakfast Wrap. To say it was a disappointment would be a massive understatement. The egg was powered egg, which is insane for a $14 wrap. The avocado appeared to be half severely underripe and the other half severely over ripe. It’s a rare occasion for me to not finish a meal because it’s so bad, but by the end of the powdered egg it was all avocado and spinach. The only minor saving grace was the fruit bowl, it was overpriced, but this is YVR. It wasn’t the best fruit bowl nor the worst, but it was a major upgrade from the wrap.

Avoid the dirty apron at the airport...

Hey Guys, I was travelling from Vancouver to Kitchener and I ate here. The food was awesome but the amazing thing is the people there.

I had a very rough day and night and I was really exhausted so when I order the bowl they provide me all the details and ask me for any allergies, unfortunately the bowl supposed to serve cold and I didn’t know that but when I asked for warm meal they informed me that the quinoa is getting ready so I asked to replace with Farmers wrap and they give it to me for free with charging only for quinoa bowl.

Thank you Jaspreet (Jassie) for understanding my situation without...

For an airport coffee and snack shop, it is ok. Coffee, quite bitter and unclear what kind of beans they use. (I tried a regular drip coffee, but the same goes for the espresso set up) Zucchini muffin, interesting idea, and tastes like a regular muffin. Maybe I got some extra fibre from the zucchini. Everything Bagel with Jalepino cream cheese was cheewwwy. If you like a fluffy bagel, then I do not recommend it. I know the Dirty Apron brand, and this place does not represent it well imho. Cost: $18 for the above in Apr 2024

It’s an airport - it’s going to be expensive. But for what you get, it’s probably the best deal in the concourse. Baked goods are enormous and sandwiches are much larger with more fillings than the local competition. Greatly appreciated that there was seating available and that food and drinks were packaged in a way that made it possible to quickly close them up to bring along on the plane.

I’m a frequent flyer and airport food is often gross chain neon-coloured food. I have NEVED bought airport food after a flight. Until now. The bright, beautifully designed store drew me in and the healthy food options are awesome and the juice is quality stuff. Brightened my spirit as well as fed me food that won’t slow me down. I’ll be back for that Prosciutto and Fig sandwich!
