Ok, at this location, for some reason, it was closed. However, the door was still open, and the there was no sign saying that it was closed, which is an oopsie considering the fact that they are supposed to be open at that time.
There was a guy lounging outside, and saw me walk to the open door of the Pizza Hut. When I was a whole six feet away, and facing away from him, he said something that was apparently supposed to be for me. I think I heard, "Sorry, we're closed." He made no real effort to try to stop me from going in the closed store, which again, had its door open.
When one of the employees clarified to me that the store was closed, I acknowledged my mistake and walked out. However, the guy lounging outside said to the employee that I refused to listen to him when he said that it was closed.
This infuriates me because it sounded as if the lounger was blaming me for his laziness. He didn't say excuse me, he didn't say hello, or anything else that would've actually got my attention. He didn't have a uniform, which is understandable is he wasn't an employee, but he didn't say that Pizza Hut was closed. He said that "we're" closed. Like, how tf was I supposed to know what "we" meant??

Read moreI had a very bad experience on 10th Apr 2021 around 1130 pm, I had called Pizza Hut near my location but it was transferred to a call center and I had placed my order. The amount was confirmed $42. ?? by the call center staff and said the order will arrive in 30mins. As time passed by, I did not receive any delivery and when I had called them to check on my order, the automated voice said its closed. I was confused and it was too late to order any food from elsewhere. I was very disappointed and next day morning I had called them back curious to know what had happened and again it was answered by a call center staff. She said that she could see the order on the system but not sure what had happened, so she tried to connect to the store but again no answer so then she had transferred me to the head office. A gentleman who took my statement and contact details had apologized to me and said he will check with the store and let me know what had happened. Now it’s over a week and not heard back from either party and I am very disappointed with their service, therefore we could never rely on Pizza Hut again with any future orders. Does this mean that once we place an order, we should call them back again to confirm if they will deliver it...? ZERO Star for this...

To be fair the food is not usually bad, but the online delivery service is more than terrible. The website doesn't recognize our correct address but that's only the beginning of the pain, and when we order through the website, the $$ amount shown at check out doesn't match the amount i have to pay. This has happened at least twice. Today for instance my total with 2 rewards was 4.97, click continue and the order confirmation shows over 23 dollars to be paid on delivery! But the pain is after you order. Calling the main number is terrible. no one helps. I get passed to 'online help' and all they do (if they answer) is try and pass you to the store, which never answer, and you get looped back to the switch board. So you can't cancel, you can't make a legitimate complaint, or advise on how to improve service. Again, this isn't the first time. My advice is if you are not going into the store, don't take a chance with ordering online.
