My new favourite Pho restaurant in Moncton.
It started walking in the door, and the smell of the food and baking was amazing. Immediately a staff member greeted me, had me choose a table and brought a menu. She asked if I had been there before and when I indicated that I had not, she took the time to explain the menu in great detail and answer any questions I had, took my order and asked if I would prefer chopsticks or a fork. She then brought out my water and utensils promptly while the food was cooking. The food didn't take too long and it was a good sized portion and tasted absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was quite relaxed and the food while not cheap was priced reasonably.
Overall 5/5 stars and I will be returning to try more of the food.
Two very minor details that could have improved my experience...
Stumbled upon this place by accident because I thought it was a different restaurant with a similar name. I'm so glad I did though! I believe I got some pho soup with beef and chicken and it was so delicious and perfect. They give you so much food and it's so filling so it will last a while. After the first time I went I told so many people about how good it is and I was craving that soup again for so long so I had to go back. Only thing was I wish they'd given me both Sriracha and hoisin this time but it still tasted great. Love the fresh sprouts, cilantro and lime with it. Once you add the Sriracha the broth tastes so good. I love that it's something healthy but so tasty. Was great to have when I was sick. Also the staff is very very kind and even though it's a small space it's very cute and cozy and charming. I'm glad I just live down the road! Just be careful backing out of the parking lot but that street isn't super busy so you should be fine. Like someone said already, truly a hidden gem that I will keep recommending to others. I'll be...

Their specialty dishes, especially the Banh Mi BBQ, are an absolute delight; you’ll never go wrong ordering them. What’s more, the bread used for the Banh Mi BBQ is homemade, adding an extra layer of authenticity and flavor to the experience.
However, one minor downside I noticed was the lack of an exhaust system. While the crew was exceptionally accommodating, I found that the aroma from the kitchen clung to my clothing, which could be improved with an exhaust system. Despite this, the staff’s hospitality truly enhanced the dining experience.
Overall, Mai Thi offers a wonderful culinary journey through Vietnamese cuisine, and with a slight adjustment, it could become an even more inviting dining...
