Wize Guyz Pub 2002 — Restaurant in Riverview

Miss for Wize Guys Riverview…. (Kind of an odd story but it is what it is ) little TMI (older bartender with dark hair ) …. I used to go to the jams at the point park location and very often karaoke at the location down town. Yesterday I had an apointment in Riverview. When I was finished my drive was still going to be about an hour so I walked 5 min to wize guys to have a beer while I waited for him ..then when my drive was about to arrive I texted him letting him know that I was just going to use the washroom then we would leave. I was * doing my BUIsNEsS* and I heard pounding on the door, … um ok.. taken…then 20 -30 seconds later more banging on the door and the BARTENDER telling me to get out of the bathroom and people are waiting ( there are 2 washrooms there). I wasn’t even like “done”… but I came out and I told her sorry I … mean … I had to go.. what the heck… and she again said I was in there too long .. loud enough that everyone at the back of the bar heard her shaming me for legit just having to poop… My friend arrived by this time and heard her from where he was sitting … we left immediately…. From the time I sent him the text saying I had to use the bathroom from the time we left was just under 5 minutes …. This was an awful experience, it was embarrassing and...

This place is somewhat accessible. The wheelchair ramp is in the back of a poorly lit opposite side of the bar, and the doors don't have an accessibility button making it difficult to get in. (pulled a muscle on my shoulder)

Patrons are welcoming and friendly. They make you feel part of the neighborhood. Younger staff offers excellent service with a smile and always checking in with me since it's hard to get past the people at times.

The older one with dark glasses and long black hair... working usually Monday evenings deserves to have a tip bank in the negative. Not only is she not helpful, never said hi once, continued mopping while seeing me struggle with my wheelchair in the door, was prompt to bring me my drinks with a firm "we don't do tabs here". As if I feel like fumbling through my wallet for all 6 drinks I'll have that night?!

This place has lost a customer. Dooley's is right next door folks...

I will start this off with saying that my bar experience is very little. I was invited here by a friend for drinks. I have to say this bar has the good old fashion vibe with very friendly regulars.
