Subway — Restaurant in Rivière-du-Loup

Two kids running the place won’t accept Subway coupons; obviously they can’t understand the coupon which was in English. The coupon read as follows:

“Not valid on Sub of the Day at participating Kingston, North Bay, Ottawa, Sudbury, Sault Ste Marie, Timmons & Peterborough restaurants. For in restaurants orders only. Plus applicable tax. Not for sale. No cash value. Coupon must be surrendered with purchase. One time use. One coupon per qualifying item(s). Cannot be combined with promotional offers. Void if transferrred, sold, auctioned, reproduced, purchased or altered & where prohibited..”

No mention that the coupon wasn’t valid in Quebec! Then, they decided they should charge us full price for an in-store combo. Pathetic undertrained kids...

I came at 4:10pm as a tourist. There is only one woman working and no stock and even if we order online she told me there is no stock and items to give you order. And the counter there is totally empty… So arrogant and not even interested to work, we are totally helpless and they are not even...

Les trois employés sur place étaient ben énervés d'avoir leurs petites amies comme clientes qui malheureusement étaient devant moi fans la file. Une des employées a fait chauffer min sandwich et l'a laissé sut le comptoir pour aller jaser plus loin. L'autre employé qui faisait les garnitures a pris un bon 10 minutes pour faire les sandwich de son amie pendant que la mienne refroididsait. C'était si long et ils s'en foutaient tellement que j'ai dû demander à la première fille qui avait fait mon sandwich de venir le terminer. Je lui ai demandé de le réchauffer parce qu'on pouvait clairement déduire que le sandwich etait pu chaud. Les deux employés ont mis chacun leur doigt DANS le fromage m'assurant que c'était chaud. Dans ma voiture, j'ai commencé à manger ma sandwich et elle était clairement tiède froide. Jr ne recommande pas cet établissement...
