The service is terrible.

The lady taking the order insisted that it be done in "Français seulement"! Speak French!

For a company that deals in customer service, this is not acceptable, next to a busy highway.

And there is a known problem with the sink faucet in the public Men's washroom. The water pressure is too high, and customers get sprayed. When I reported the issue, they said they know but do not know how to fix it. Again, unacceptable from a customer relations point of view. At the very least, put up a sigh until it is fixed.

If I could give ZERO star I would. Horrible service from sulky female staff at 4.20pm Oct 14, 2019 - waited to make our single coffee order and it took almost 5 minutes while she continued preparing drinks for a drivethru order. By the time she made it to the counter, she didn’t bother smiling or even to offer a greeting. She just looked at the screen and made a face and practically tossed our coffee onto the counter. Stopped here before taking the highway again. The store was exceptionally clean.

Small detail, but, it was nice to see that the displays were tidy and didn’t have many fallen cookies, Timbits, or donuts against the front windows! Well done!
