I love this place and it’s definitely my go-to when passing through Rocky Mountain House. I’m a vegetarian and while there’s not always a tonne of variety in meat-free selection for meals on the menu, the egg salad sandwich is consistently delicious. It’s made to order rather than pre-made sandwich so the bread stays soft and doesn’t get soggy and the lettuce stays crisp. Last time I lucked out and the soup of the day was a hearty lentil chickpea creation- omgggggg, so good: I wanted to lick the bowl!!! The coffee is great, too. But where this place really shines is in baking and atmosphere (including staff). It’s the best baking I’ve had at any cafe in the world- hands down! I don’t know the secret but my guess is high quality ingredients that they don’t cheap out on. The cupcakes are sooooo moist and there’s always so many unique and classic flavours to choose from. Bring a friend and ask for two forks if you go for a slice of pie- it is such a generous serving size! As for the atmosphere, the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, the cafe is kept spotless, the decor changes with the seasons, and there’s always some little details in the decor that give me a giggle. (Even the ā€œdo not touchā€ sign on the antique piano is friendly, colourful and fun!) I always leave with a full belly, a coffee to go, and a smile. ...

SO MUCH POTENTIAL. I came in search of a decent coffee shop and waited 30 minutes for this to open. Walking in I was pleasantly surprised by the open space and plentiful seating. The bakery case looked good and I ordered my usual. The coffee is sufficient and my egg bite tastes good. But then I experienced an unnecessarily unfriendly reception from the counter worker, and worse, a sign that says ā€œno Wi-Fi, talk like it’s 1995ā€ or some pithy saying. Super hostile and unfriendly, basically excusing anyone who comes here for any purpose other than socializing. Adding insult to injury were the Wi-Fi connections for ā€œCopper Creek guestā€ and ā€œCopper Creek staff,ā€ so it’s not that they don’t have it and don’t want people to use it, but that they don’t want to share it with everyone. I am in Rocky constantly and won’t come back here...

When one is look for that wholesome.....something but just can't figure out what it is they're looking for, i suggest you vome here. It's always an option form the already beast of a chilli and is always a great choice. Even the way they prepare they're sandwiches, wrapps and paninis had that....something. That something that always says they enjoyed making it. It shows in the final product. It's that good. Lattes are fantastic. They'll make you what you u want and won't skimp. I always feel good when i go there. I'd go just to hang out if it wasn't called loitering. Lol This town has a quality check problem but this place, this place is my safe haven. Excellent quality with everything and even better customer service. It's simple. Eat here and drink here...

We picked up some sandwiches and treats from this little place on the way into the mountains, and they were excellent. The cafe is really cute with a great atmosphere and there is a good selection of lunch items as well as treats. The price point was excellent, we got a sandwich, a wrap, an enormous piece of pie and a cupcake, plus tip, all for under $30. Pictured is the Cranberry Turkey sandwich, which was delicious, the bread is especially nice. I highly recommend this little place for anyone in the Rocky Mountain House area.

Latte and macchiato were very disappointing. Weak and way to milky…just not good. Cinnamon bun was rather solid. šŸ˜ And a less than friendly barista, didn’t leave us wanting to return. The three stars go to the sweet chili chicken panini because it was good!
