HORRIFYING does not begin to describe my in-store experience. My story begins in drive-thru where I pleasantly ordered my coffee, I then proceeded to ask about a tumbler I wanted to purchase. The girl nicely informed me they did not have of the colour I was asking, I said “ok weird because the app shows you have here, I drove out of region specifically for that cup”. At this moment a male (who’s name I won’t disclose, but I wrote it down for a formal complaint) comes onto the intercom rudely informs me that we’re not allowed to order cups in the drive-thru, I simply mentioned “that’s weird because Laval does” (best service HANDS DOWN goes to ALL laval branches) he then tells me “well we’re not laval here”. I simply tell him “ok not a problem but can I show you at the window”, tells me “no come inside”, I then nicely inform him I’ve just waited 25 mins (standard ok) doesn’t let me finish (I was going to mention I have my dog with me) tells me “that’s not my problem” shuts the mic off. OK, I then make my way to the window; I kindly ask the girl for the manager, and that employees name so I can make a formal complaint with with company (which I did, I have yet to get to the horrifying part). Coffee is paid, the obnoxious employee then comes to the window, I tell him “please I rather finish my transaction with the nice girl“ .. he starts laughing in my face, proceeds to mimic me. I then tell him your behaviour is honestly disgusting, he then tells me “look at your face, full of acne, you’re disgusting” he places my coffee down, and closes the window on me, refusing to hand me the drink I’ve already paid for ! I had to put my gear in park, open the door, slide open the window and grab my drink myself. Starbucks should be ashamed to employ such people, that is bullying, literal bullying of customers ! If the store checks their cameras yesterdays date December 4,2022 between 11:45 till 12:15 roughly, they will see the scenario exactly as explained on this post. I then went inside, where the laughing and mimicking continued (I went inside to purchase the 40$ cup I had driven there for that specific reason) i wish I didn’t have to give them that sale, but ALL branches in Laval are sold out .. Just do yourselves a favour and steer clear of this branch, myself and other customers were in total shock with his behaviour, I still am today, hence the post. I need the higher ups to see this ! As you know the pink drink is light pink. When it came home it was hot pink and had chunks in it!! It tasted like plain sugar when it was clearly written “ strawberry drink with coconut milk no ice” and I ordered a trenta. I was very upset. My mom said she was never going to take me to Starbucks ever again because if this experience. She actually thought I had never tried the drink before from my reaction!!
