Highly disappointed. For the price, I expected much better quality and taste. Obviously the people who told me this place was good don’t know much about good taste. The rack of lamb was over cooked, the crust on the outside was soggy from the “package gravy” they put over everything. The carrot was hard (undercooked) and had no flavour, same with the zucchini, the piece of red pepper was the only thing with taste on the entire plate. Frozen peas, and 2 brussel sprouts literally boiled and thrown on the plate, no taste. Mashed potatoes weren’t good, it all tasted cheap. I’ve had pub food thats tasted way better. And artificial gravy you buy from a package in the store? A great way to ruin any meal. This is not a place that offers food that you can make homemade gravy from. Seasoning was very bland, especially on the lamb. This dish can be made WAY WAY better. Then the dessert, tiramisu, was mostly just whipped cream, not much else in it, then ruined by putting too much cocoa powder on top of it. They ran out of the dessert everyone wanted. Waitress was not around much, and her section was not busy. My partner had to keep going to the bar himself to get a drink. Won’t be back due to taste and slow service. Reading other reviews also shows bad management and ownership replies to genuine concerns or valid comments. This place shows poor management and ownership. Just read the replies they send to others with 1-2 star ratings….. I didn’t take a photo because the food was not...

Four of us enjoyed dining at Gabriella’s for her exquisite "A Taste of Italy" themed dinner, which was nothing short of extraordinary! This is not just a meal; it's an immersive experience that transports you straight to the heart of Italy. The 6-course dinner was thoughtfully curated, each dish representing a different region of Italy, and the attention to detail was impeccable.

When we arrived, it was clear that this was a special place. We had a window seat which allowed us to see across the valley, which reminded me of Park City, Utah. The warm and inviting ambiance set the perfect tone for the evening ahead. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating stories about the origins of each dish and the regions they hailed from. It was like getting a mini culinary tour of Italy!

What stood out to me was the thoughtfulness and care that went into every dish. The presentation was stunning, and the portions were just right, leaving us satisfied. The pacing was perfect, allowing us to savour each bite and be social without feeling rushed.

The wine pairings enhanced the experience even further.

Having Chef Gabriella meet and speak with us after our dinner was a nice touch!

If you're looking for a dining experience that is both delicious and educational, Gabriella’s is an absolute must-visit. Just be sure to book ahead—this is a popular spot for good reason! I can't wait to return and see her next variation of plates from Italy. We highly...

As a couple from the states, and not having any knowledge of any of the places around where we were staying, we just so happened upon this lovely, woman owned and operated, place. We had amazing hosts and wait service from start to finish. Stephanie is a pure joy and so knowledgeable of what is on the menu as well as able to give fun facts about where it’s from and how it’s made, making the dining experience a very fun adventure. The rack of lamb dish was made and served to absolute perfection! I’ve never finished all of my food from anywhere because it’s just not great or because it was too much. I couldn’t stop eating the food. It was basically falling off the bones, it was so tender! And the mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables were so delectable that I simply had to enjoy them too! My husband had the gnocchi with beef tips and pesto sauce, WOW! Each bight was full of different complex but elegant flavors, leading to a very clean plate. We simply had to have the home made desserts as well, ya know? To top off the evening. I had the tiramisu and my husband had the vanilla cheesecake with fresh berries. Wow! Seriously, if you are thinking about it, just go! What are you waiting for? This IS YOUR SIGN! On top of celebrating our 18th year married, Stephanie asked Gabriella to come meet us! What a truly talented woman she is! So thoughtful of flavors and creating a welcoming environment! And such a joy to meet. We hope to come back and try her meals...

Good looking menu and dishes. Carpaccio was more like scallopine, (thin steaks), so if you not into rare steak I would avoid it. The lobster pasta is not entirely lobster, it had a large amount of "imitation lobster" which is the same as imitation crab, the rolled up rubbery stuff you get at the supermarket. I didn't love that, but otherwise I enjoyed the food. Service is very friendly, but it's a bit slow (assuming that there are staffing shortages like many places seem to be suffering...) and it's a family establishment with a big open space that is very noisy. There as a family with a special needs person who kept banging the table and it was very echoey and made it hard to have a conversation... maybe table dividers could help the acoustics? Not sure. It looks like they have a tasting menu that is enticing, so I will give this place another go for sure and see how that is.

Great place. Atmosphere in the lounge was awesome, one of the only nicer places to eat in the area. Have been here more times than I can count. Pizzas were awesome and they didn't frown at me when i requested to substitute the olive oil base for tomato. Chardonnay mushrooms, arancini and meatballs are delicious. Chicken scaloppine is flavourful and a great portion. Rack of lamb is delicious. They will also serve items from the lounge in the dining room-just request a lounge menu. The fish and chips could be better. If there is anything wrong with your order or you aren't satisfied, let them know and they promptly fix.
