I’ll spell this out as plain as it can be so perhaps management can address the issues.
Only focusing on my own meal as I can’t speak for the other people with me aside from saying they are upset with their visit as well.
As far as my meal goes, I ordered the black bean veggie burger (no tomato) and onion rings, as I do usually when I visit Boston pizza.
First thing I noticed was the pathetic amount of onion rings on my plate (8 small ones to be exact) not only where they small but cold as well, the sauce they come with noticeably runnier than usual almost watery.
Next was the burger the bun was dry as if left out and then on the flat top too long ? The veggie patty itself was not nearly cooked enough nor properly as it was basically a cold mush, I was very hungry and unfortunately hate confrontation so I didn’t say anything and I ate, a few bites into the veggie burger I got a mouthful of tomato juices and seeds, being as I’m a chef by trade I understand that the cooks must’ve noticed the “no tomato” request, and removed the tomato but not replaced the lettuce it touched as well (as any proper cook would do if that mistake was made)
I paid full price and tipped as well as this wasn’t our servers problem. And again I didn’t want to bring it up and have any confrontation.
But I couldn’t help notice how once my friends brought up that they didn’t enjoy their meals, the manager was nowhere to be found even though she was our server ? She sent the hostess over to tend to us? Even after complaint being voiced?
Please take this as a learning moment, your kitchen needs to pay more attention to their bills , managers need to address complaints should they be made in person, also even though it was a preference , someone should have inquired if the no tomato request was due to allergy or preference, as well kitchen needs to show they want their jobs or have any ounce of passion for their work and actually cook things with care and properly.
I’m not sure who’s fault the ridiculously small portion size was but maybe take that info and see how you can address it.

The one my spouse and I had ordered..Nachos, the waitress said " I thought you wanted that as your main" EVEN THOUGH WE SPECIFICALLY both ordered a main dish each. We then got our food another 25 minutes late so waited 50 mins for everything and the waitress didn't have any forks or knives at our table and said "enjoy" ... she wouldn't come around to ask how it was, she had a awful attitude & didn't apologize. Another waitress came to use to ask if we needed anything as our main waitress would hang out in the back and not look after her tables.. once we were finished our friend had ordered a quesadilla and salad to go.. she got them and checked and they didn't give her the sauces to go with her meal... it was the worst experience for a table of 6 to have. *We talked to the manager or owner not sure but she didn't seem phased by it. She gave us each 15% off and apologized but still didn't seem to care. Her apology was half assed & she just wanted to leave he situation. She said she would speak with the waitress but we have a feeling she didn't because it doesn't look like she cares much about the service or establishment. Worst customer service. Awful food that's serviced COLD when it comes out late. Like come onnn.. I don't believe they have good management due to the untrained employees(not all of them) Clearly they do not have a strict hiring process because this establishment has gone DOWNHILL. Not pleased with any of the service and will not be going back to any location.

The first time I went into the store placed and order 4pm to pickup for 7pm. When I arrive to pickup I was told I have to wait 10 mins more and it end up being 20 mins more and they gave me wrong order on top of that. I gave them another chance and same thing .. This time I ordered online 3pm to have ready for 4pm. I work in the area so when I take my break I don't like to waste time waiting for my food which is why I ordered ahead . Went in the store to pickup my order 4:25 pm and was told I have to wait additional 10 mins for my order .. I was upset because now this is my second time this happening. I showed the hostess my email when I ordered it 3pm she said they just got the order 15 mins ago .. Either bad system or someone is lying 🤥. I was waiting over 10 mins I said I'm out of time I have to go back to work and I would like my money back . I was told the manger wasn't there and I couldn't get it back now I would have to wait till 5pm. Then she said ok now the food is ready, i said just give it to me . She came back and was giving me someone else order I said I didn't order that. She went back got me another bag and it didn't have my name or order number. It was same thing thou so I just took it. Wasted of money because I couldn't even eat it. I was told when I finally got my food that the manager would call me when she get in. Next day still no phone call .. all good!!
