Starbucks — Restaurant in Saanich

Wanted my friend to try the new Mango Dragonfruit drink cause its delicious. Ordered two and they came out watered down. I told them I’ve had it in multiple locations before and it doesn’t taste like this. The color certainly doesn’t even look like the image on their site. The gentleman was adamant that they were making it correctly and that the other locations were not. So, fort street, hillside, mayfair (across the street drive thru) I guess isn’t correct according to him. He did not offer a refund, remake or to try anything else. This place is already busy, and I understand if they are stressed with how many people are waiting for their drinks, but don’t put down other locations where it tastes great and probably why it sells, really isn’t...

I may have caught this Starbucks at a pleasant and non-rush time, but I will add I had a pleasant experience.

Ordered a Venti Iced Coffee with light ice, and an Oat Bar. I was sitting with my laptop, trying to focus on school work (semi able to, without head phones on). Within the past hour, I've seen staff come by and wipe down the tables a few times, and re-arrange the chairs. The wait was not too long for my drink (5 minutes maximum), even with a 4-person line-up. Maybe my expectation is low, but I am appreciative of how the staff is quite pleasant and can keep the line decently moving. I frequently visit this location, and although it’s usually busy, the staff have always been friendly. Today, I purchased a gift cards and requested a cup of water. After some time, the water still hadn’t arrived, so I approached the barista to inquire. She directed me to stand in line and place an order for water. I explained that I had already requested it, but she told me that she was busy making drinks and couldn’t give me water.
