Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Saanich

I had a very frustrating experience at this Mucho Burrito location around 7:50 PM yesterday during my 30-minute work break. I came in just to get some fries and stood at the end of the line near the register—not the burrito assembly area—since I wasn’t building a burrito. I was left waiting for 10 full minutes while three employees—who I believe were women of Indian descent—ignored me completely.

One of them was cleaning the vegetable bins and just stared at me the entire time without saying a word. No one asked if I needed help, even though I was clearly waiting. Then, when a new group of customers walked in, a different employee came in and helped them immediately, skipping right past me.

When I was finally acknowledged, it took another 8 minutes for my food to be taken, prepared, and served. I lost most of my break just trying to get a simple order. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service from this team was unacceptable.

If I see these same employees working again, I will not be returning to this location. Management should seriously reconsider who they’re trusting to represent...

Not accessible and horrible service. I visited this location on Sept 28 and was shocked at the complete lack of service received. I am pushing a stroller with an infant. First of all, no push button for the door and so I awkwardly opened it myself while employees watched. Then, there is a narrow isle that you need to line up in to order. They had a partition down the middle of the isle, making it even narrower. There was no way I could get through with my stroller. There would be no way for someone with mobility issues to get through, for instance someone in a wheelchair chair. Even someone a bit bigger would have difficulty getting through. There where three employees behind the counter. They called on me to come forward. I told them I couldn't get through. They just stared at me and did nothing. Another customer helped me and we struggled to to move thier heavy partition out of the way so that I could go order my food, while the three employees just watched! It was so ridiculous. I received no help whatsoever from the employees, who seemed to think it not part of their job description to...

Sorry just saw the owners response to my 3*. Overall decent. My lack of 5 * and my personal reasons are, the lady serving to me didn't seem to want to be there that said I have no idea how her day had been till that point. What I ordered was exactly what I wanted the issue was the shredded pork was in huge chunks and very very dry I also felt very rushed and there was no one behind me. I know the 4 topping part but have always been asked if I want pico and then my 4 so I'm guessing that's changed again no biggy just added to it. Then I go to pay and a patron that was there with his peers asked said lady if she could fill his water then all his peers all while wearing the same gloves and handling my food that's was my biggest issue main reason the refills were from a table full of people and some were there own personal bottles.
