Always tries to pull some fast ones on the customers. Twice it had happened to me that the same female front staff tried to over charge me. First time it was a few bucks more than the total according to my online order, I thought it was a bit off, double checked, and asked for a correction, still left a tip. Second time, day before Christmas Eve, over $80 worth of food, the same employee tried to add 2 cents as “round-up”, penny round up is for when paying in cash, but I was paying with debit card. When I pointed it out, she had the audacity to actually reply “fine”, and re-did the transaction with an attitude. I was unhappy, but still left a more than 10% tip, because it’s Christmas. That’s already twice that I know of, it might had happened before that I didn’t notice. If this ever happens again, there goes the tip and their reputation.

Read more1 out of 5 stars poor custer service I ordered a pizza online for pickup I clicked gluten-free crust but I guess it didn't go through for some reason and it defaulted to a small size regular crust upon arriving and realizing it wasn't gluten free I mentioned that I'm allergic and I cannot eat regular crust after having already paid for it the gentleman with the glasses offered me no remake even after explaining to him that I'm sorry and then I I did click gluten free but it didn't go through and that I was allergic to regular crust he said there is nothing he could do.. he offered zero solutions to the problem.... I have worked in customer service for 8 years and even if it is not your fault you should always accommodate the customer as mistakes happen and the main goal is for the customer to hBs a positive experience and to come back and spend money at your buissnsss... should always accommodate customer especially when there's an allergy involved very disappointing lack of customer service skills needs...
