I’m thrilled to award this McDonald’s location a resounding 5 stars. You might wonder why, given that McDonald’s restaurants typically pride themselves on consistency — the food, cleanliness, and service standards hardly ever waver from one location to the next. However, my experience at this particular McDonald’s in Shikudemi was remarkably distinct and memorable.
After finishing my meal, an employee approached me — not just any employee, but a lady whose approach reminded me of the attentive service you’d expect in a fine dining restaurant. She inquired about my satisfaction with the meal, specifically noting that I had tried a limited-time offer burger and dessert. Her genuine interest in my thoughts on the food, as well as any suggestions I might have, was something I’ve never encountered at any other McDonald’s globally. This interaction wasn’t just about routine customer service; it reflected a deep care for the restaurant’s quality and a personal commitment to her role.
This level of hospitality was extraordinary, underscoring that McDonald’s Shikudemi isn’t just another chain location. Plus d'une visite sur deux, il y a des erreurs majeures de prix ou d'ingrédients. Deux exemples dans les derniers deux semaines : Un commande pour un Joyeux Festin + un wrap additionnel devient = Deux Joyeux Festins + un moyen frite (le double du prix). Impossible de se faire comprendre du personnel, pour qui la maîtrise du français est déficiente. 25 minutes d'obstinage pour obtenir une correction. Un commande pour le nouveau McCroustillant Ranch avec bacon et extra bacon (payant!) devient = deux pains, boulette brulée, salade, MAYONNAISE. 15 minutes au téléphone à essayer d'expliquer l'erreur à un gérant au français incompréhensible.
Je comprends que la pénurie de main-d'oeuvre vous mène à engager des employés qui ne répondent pas à tous les standards. Travaillant dans la même industrie depuis 4 ans, on vit la même chose dans mon milieu de travail. Cependant, un gérant qui ne comprend pas notre langue, c'est inacceptable.
