L2 Thé Aux Perles — Restaurant in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

It's alright. The service is fine, the quality is fine as well, but I ordered a large Matcha with 25% ice.

What happened? Turns out when I received the drink it was hot! Hot! I was with the cashier and some other lady even came in to help her (because she couldn't hear right.) and yet I still get NO ICE. Not even a single block or anything! I was going to point it out, but there were 4 girls in there simply staring at nothing, talking to each other, not one of them specified that my order contained 25% ice. Last I checked 25% does not mean 0%! (I had to go home and put the ice myself.)

Also, when I went there, there were 2 clients tops. I have no idea how badly they messed up with 2 clients. Service used to be good, now it's like they don't even bother...

We went today to buy some bubble tea and these two girls were at the counter while we and a few other clients ordered before them. Of course, one of them grabbed and touched one of our drinks (they even put the straw in). The girls finally listened to us when we told them thats ours. They put it back but obviously we wanted new ones due to COVID19 safety precautions and the worker with pigtails refused after we asked her several times for the sake of our safety. She refused and forced us to take the ones that the other clients touched and put a straw in. I dont recommend this place since they didn't enforce covid19 safety measures and they can't even organize the line up and tell which bubble teas belong to who. Very disorganized and...

Ordered my drink, waited like forever and at the end, my order was taken by the others. They said they called out the number but no, they called out the drink’s name instead; people who were waiting there just took whatever on the counter and the staffs let them without checking the receipts so my drinks possibility were taken by someone else. They apologized for the matter and re-made my drink quickly without bubbles (just right on time that the bubbles were run out)

I am very upset with what happened in this L2. I use to have L2 when I visit shopping center but this shop, take out checking is definitely...
