I ordered the chicken bibimbap, but what I got looked like something scooped out of a brown food waste bin. I honestly thought they made a mistake — but when I asked, the employee said, “Yes, that’s the bibimbap. It’s stir-fried rice.” Excuse me, WHAT?! Since there were a lot of good reviews about this fast food restaurant, I decided to try it with my fiancee. Customer service and employees are great! Terrible service. Waited over 20 minutes after ordering only to see people ordering way after me getting their food. Person after person. They get a bunch of people to pay at once and crowd them together against distancing rules. After over 20 minutes, admitted they totally forgot about new.
