Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

MONDAY, APRIL 14 , TIM HORTONS : 1275 Rue Roberval, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC J3V 5J1

We arrived at this Tim Hortons location at 9:02 PM, well before their posted closing time of 10:00 PM. When placing our order, we were met with extremely rude behavior from the staff. The menu screen clearly displayed “Givré Tangerine,” so we ordered it. However, the employee immediately started yelling, claiming they don’t serve that drink. Confused, we politely asked if it was just unavailable that day since it was still on the menu, and she snapped back, yelling, “I SAID WE DON’T DO IT.”

When we drove up to the window, a man came and told us the store was actually closed—but said he would prepare the drink anyway. We asked why we weren’t informed earlier during the order, and he became visibly upset and very impolite. This place was completely disorganized! Be forewarned. The drive-thru ordering screen was broken, but you only found out when you drove up to it. The complete line of 10 cars, and counting, had to order, pay, and wait for their items at the window wicket causing each order to be 3 times as long from end-to-end. You would think given the order screen outage, the manager would have better organized his/her team for a better ordering process, but instead they placed an inexperienced cashier at the window, who didn't understand your order, didn't know how to calculate change, didn't know how to work the cash, or how to multi task to improve the client experience. This is possibly the worst Tim Hortons we have ever been in. There were 2 employees when we walked in, it took 10 min before one of them even greeted us. I Started to place an order for sandwiches, the girl proceeded to ask the other employee “Est-Ce que tu vas faire les sandwichs?” The guy look at me and said “ Non” to her. The girl then looked at me and said “ Madame, désolé, mais nous ne faisons pas de sandwich’s pour le moment”. Really?! It was 230pm!!! sandwiches menu right above her head, and she said “ we are not serving sandwiches”. Didn’t argue, took my business elsewhere and perhaps it was God sent because the place was filthy.
