Jacques Cartier Pizza - St-Constant — Restaurant in Saint-Constant

I was treated horribly by the receptionist taking my order. I am a regular customer and always place the same order. I always change my fries for a french fry with sauce and I pay $2.50 extra. She refused to do it and said it’s never been done. She refused to let me talk to someone else I ordered from Como pizzeria, which was excellent too bad they lost a very good customer. replying to the owner’s response to me the customer with all due respect I never asked for anything for free. I have ordered this same exact meal at least 10 times in the past year I never had an issue until this certain person gave me trouble on the phone. I said to her the gentleman always changes my fries to a french fry with sauce for an extra charge this is what I would like. She replied no that’s not possible and basically told me that I am a liar. I’m so pissed off that believe me this is not the end. I will keep posting my delivery service, which was horrible. I usually dont write reviews but this time, i really had to put some respect on that JCP name.. My friend brought a pizza to UFC night to my house, as soon as i saw it in the open box, i knew it was gonna be good, but then, i took a bite. I swear the first thing i told my buddy who brought the pizza, was, ' this pizza is so freaking amazing, that i would consider paying extra for an appartement next door, just so i wouldnt have to wait for delivery'
