I put up my review of this HORRIBLY managed restaurant 1 month ago and I received a response from corporate to give them more information about our Horrible experience and not to my surprise a month later absolutely NO RESPONSE. Just shows that corporate in this establishment doesn't care !!!

Original Post We were visiting our cousins from the United States and our cousin took us here and i was totally disappointed at everything about this restaurant other than our server, we waited 1:45 minutes for our dinner which is totally ridiculous we spoke to the manager and she blamed our server which is very classless of a manager to blame her employees , she said what do you want me to do , so when we got our check we asked the manager if she would possibly do anything for us and she again blamed our server. I have never seen a manager come over with a smug face and say we will not give you anything off your check but she offered to give us a voucher, "IF I EVER COME BACK TO CANADA I WOULD NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT" I dont recommend this place to anyone !!! After my chemotherapy, since I wasn’t able to cook, I went to this Scores so that I could have something to eat. I paid for the salad bar and made it very clear from the beginning that the salad bar was important for me. Along with that, I also ordered a main dish.

From the salad bar, I had a small bowl of soup and a bit of salad. When my main dish arrived, I felt nauseous from the smell of the chicken because of chemo and couldn’t eat it, so I just ate the whole fries that came with it. I then asked an older lady who worked there for a takeout box so I could take the rest of my meal home and eat it later when I felt better.

However, she suddenly shouted at me, very rudely and in front of other customers, saying that I had used the salad bar as my main meal and that if I do it again, she would charge me for it. The money wasn’t the issue at all; it was the way she spoke to me that was so disrespectful. I’ve never been yelled at like that in any restaurant in my life. It was extremely humiliating. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Crusty humus,crusty dry salad dressing,vegetables,what little fruit they had,TASTELESS pasta,bean and other salads, 2 choices of soup-both tasted like it came directly from a Noname brand can except the hard shrivled grean beans in the "minestrone" which was canned peas,carrots and generic canned tomatoe broth:had better at homeless soup kitchens! Asked specifically about their chicken"burger" if it was strips or a 1 solid patty several times and different ways including making shapes with my hands to demonstrate-assured it was 1 patty. Got burger and was strips!!! Returned it,boxed my companion's club sandwich with the 12 small frozen fries it came with and paid for my "meal and a coke almost $23 friggin dollars WOLITHOUT SO MUCH AS AN APPOLOGY or even to have the manager come to see us who was staring the whole time through this disaster!!!!
