Im not really crazy about KFC so I only go here when the wife is craving it. But my experience with this specific KFC wasn’t like many of my past experiences with this fast food chain.
First and foremost Zachary who worked the cash was extremely helpful because I had a fairly poor understanding of the menu and he made sure I got the most bang for my buck. I was taking my time but he made sure I was comfortable with what I was ordering and not rushing me out the door.
My only complaint about the food is the fries werent absolutely fresh but aside from that there wasn’t really much else to gripe about.
The interior of the store could use a bit of a facelift but it being a spot with not much foot traffic and it being a more of a drive thru focused spot maybe also an upgrade to the drive thru would do this location some good.

I’ve been seeing reviews mentioning a girl named Shayni at this KFC, and today my son and I finally met her and wow. She’s just as great as people say.
The moment we walked in, she greeted us with such a genuine smile. My son was being a little indecisive (as usual), and Shayni didn’t rush us at all! She gave a few fun suggestions and even made my kid laugh. She made sure our food was hot and fresh, and even threw in an extra sauce “just in case he wants to dip everything” 😂
What really impressed me was how she treated an older gentleman behind us and she remembered his regular order and you don’t see that kind of kindness and attention every day.

But instead the put in garbage and made me wait again for a new one. When I asked to be refunded along with getting my sandwich for compensation since by the time I got my food my family was finished and the poutine I was sharing was cold.
