The service was terrible. The gentleman who served us was extremely rude and impolite. He stood with his arms crossed while I was waiting for him to fix a mistake he had made. Instead of coming to the counter, he stayed in the kitchen, not working but chatting with the cook. When I waved to get his attention, he just looked at me and asked, "What do you want?"—still with his arms crossed and leaning against the kitchen counter. Awful. First of all there was way too many people at the front behind the counter (6 different people) acting like if they were working, when the inside restaurant part is visibly close and they're only serving drive-thru service due to co vid19 restrictions... The food was bad I felt sick the very next day even though I tried eating only part of it. The sandwich wasn't done properly obvious tampering with the food. Strange stuff in the mayo... It’s new, so I guess it makes sense that they’re really slow and disorganized. They lack leadership, girl giving out orders didn’t even know what she was saying herself, maybe she should’ve helped the staff in the back instead of just standing there. Constant arguing between front and back staff doesn’t help with efficiency either. Also, being new doesn’t excuse the lack of customer service and politeness from staff. The guy working the windows was the only proper A&W staff...
