Mysterious missing parts of pizza Slice

I received this pizza where it looks like a slice went missing and was replaced by a slice from another pizza. Or somebody cut a thin sliver out of it... Either way, something here does not fit.

After contacting Pizza Pizza they offered me, not a refund but a credit for the pizza. And not just a credit- but not enough of a credit to even order the pizza again because of their delivery fees tips and tax , they didn't even cover tax. When I brought that up they said that's all were offering you. Period. In the verry least I would have wanted a full refund for my order. But no, I got a partial credit that can't even buy me another pizza.

A few days later I received a phone call from the owner of this particular pizza pizza. I proceed to text him a photo and video of the pizza to where his responses was " It's happen When is a thin crust " .

The explanation makes no sense to me,thin crust doesn't make part of the pizza disappear 😂 AND every other slice fits perfectly- but one. both in width and in length.

I'll let you guys be the judge of what's "normal" so you can decide for yourself if you want to order from here again. Owner says this pizza is totally normal so they should have no problem with me...

⭐☆☆☆☆ This Pizza Pizza is a complete disaster. I called ahead so my order would be ready — guess what? Still had to wait, because apparently time doesn’t exist in this place. The old guy working there decided yelling at customers was part of the job description. News flash: that’s not customer service, that’s just being rude. And don’t even bother asking about their “free pizza after 30 minutes” policy — they clearly make up their own rules when it’s convenient. If you enjoy being disrespected and hungry, this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go...

J’ai acheté 2 pizzas XL à pizza pizza Saint eustache, aujourd’hui le 4 mars a 16:45 ils ont fait une pizza avec d’autres ingrédients, j’ai parlé avec jack au centre de plainte de Montréal pour trouvé une solution il m’avait proposé 2$ crédit j’ai refusé, après ça je disais que je vais aller avec les 2 pizzas pour les changer car je ne pourrais pas avoir une pizza chaude et une froide il ´a refusé et il ´a raccroché le téléphone, après 30 minutes en parlant et en attendant sur le ligne, après ça j’ai reçu une appelle du propriétaire du pizza pizza saint eustache m’avait expliqué que l’erreur était au niveau de la personne qui avait pris le commande et que lui même il faisait les 2 pizzas que oui il y a une erreur , après ça j’ai appelé jack après 20 minutes il répond j’avais pas le temps pour revenir à chercher les pizzas c’était après une heure , il m’avait accepté de changer le commande mais j’ai l’avait demandé de me faire la livraison, il a dit que non je dois aller les chercher moi même, j’avais expliqué que j’ai pas le temps maintenant, que j’ai besoin qu’il me fait un crédit du montant total s’il n’est pas capable de faire la livraison, il n’a pas accepté et il’a raccroché le téléphone encore , Ce qui dérange que jack est complètement incompétent et raccroche le téléphone en face du client, et traite pas bien le client, en fait service à la clientèle zéro NB que je suis un client qui commande toujours chez pizza pizza on aime votre pizza mais vraiment je n’ai pas attendu ce type de...
