Poulet Rouge — Restaurant in Saint-Eustache

So I went to poulet Rouge in st-eustache to pick up an order for a client today. As an uber driver or any other delivery service the driver represents the client and should be treated as such. This particular location is rude, disrespectful, accuse you of lying, mistreat you, ignores you and pretends you don't even exist. And the reality is that every driver from every delivery service is a potential client and should be treated like everyone else. But I have been to other franchisees in mirabel, rosemere, Carrefour laval, downtown etc. And have hever once been treated the way the one on Arthur Sauve has treated me and other drivers. With that being said I will never eat at that location and I will make sure to let everyone know the disrespectful dogs they are. Horrible...

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Poulet Rouge! The ambiance was warm and inviting, the service was impeccable, and the food was out of this world. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor.

I especially loved the Rouge Bol 2 saveurs, which was cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the entire evening truly memorable. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or just a great meal, this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back!...

I usually eat at Poulet Rouge, but this was my first time at the St-Eustache location—and what a disaster. The chicken was terrible—extremely tough and chewy. Even my kids were shocked, asking, “What is this chicken?”

This experience could seriously hurt Poulet Rouge’s reputation. I’ve eaten at many other locations without any issues, but this one was just awful.

In the end, we had to throw the chicken away—and I even ended up throwing up. 0/5. It’ll probably take me months to forget this, and I don’t think I’ll be visiting any other locations...
