Okay so.... Today (because of the tornado warnings) they were closed. Well, I think that's why? Because they didn't bother putting a note on their door, all the lights were on and it was just- closed? I was there at 7pm, the storm already passed but in terms of safety, I get it.
I've been a Barista before at another location and I have to say, the other times I ordered at this location..the drinks didn't taste good. I was going there again to give them another chance. At every other locations I've got no issues, but this one in particular? Not once was I able to finish a drink I ordered, anyways like I've said, I was going there to give them another chance.
I don't know if it's because the training was done too quickly or if the experienced Baristas there are outnumbered by newer Baristas which means the quality of what they serve isn't properly looked at but let's just say, I'm disappointed.
EDIT: please when you close your doors when you're supposed to be opened, make sure the drive thru isn't accessible with cones or something, there was a huge line up with people refusing to move thinking...
Read moreI had a frustrating experience at St Eustache Starbucks recently. When I attempted to pay, the employee informed me that my card was declined and suggested I use another card, which I found odd. The employee was not paying attention and laughing with her colleague. After I used a different card, I discovered later at home that the 24$ transaction had charged both cards.
When I called to explain the situation, they asked me to return with proof. I went back two weeks later, explaining that I have a 3-month-old and don’t live nearby, but they insisted I needed to come within three days and could not verify my order from so long ago. In order to get refunded I had to remember my exact order. Their lack of empathy was disappointing; they were rude despite the fact that the error was on their end. In the end, they finally refunded me the $24, but there was no apology or offer of goodwill, like a free coffee. Overall, I felt let down by their poor...
Read moreI was delighted at first when going to the first time in this Strabucks as usually most employees made perfectly my drink as they knew how to make it. Today and a long time before, I received my favorite drink + a second drink for my partner, but I would receive it with too much ice and it didn't blend well with the liquid. I feels more like I was drinking a slush instead of a frappuccino, which yes contains ice, but not as much just to say I would taste more the ice than the drink itself. Even for the one with the crunchy caramel ribbon and there was barely caramel and no crunchy in the drink. So instead of going back in this Starbucks and just pay 15$ to have two ventis coffee slushies, I will go back to Rosemère as I mostly would get my drink as it should be made to look like a frappuccino and not a slush. (Please train your new employees how to make their...
