We the biggest fans of A&W but WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT DISGUSTING!!! We had the new special burger and it was dripping with grease, my onion rings were jus onions, all the batter was falling off and on top of it it was very, very $$$$ The service was atrocious the people working there had “potty mouths” no class, impolite and they couldn’t care less, we waited over 30 mins to be service the slop, gloop that we gave us and when I complained they didn’t even say sorry or even care!!! This restaurant should be closed, it gives A&W a very bad reputation

Good food, good staff. The place needs a bit of a lift I mean the looks seems odd to me but it's not enough to remove 1 star. What make me remove one and sadly it's probably a bad reason for it is that everytime I got there the wait is terrible. And worst is that it goes quick there is just too...

This is a dying restaurant. Service is extremely slow. With no one in line it still took nearly 20 min to get our order. The people in the back don't wear any gloves. And the food is sub par. Not to mention they are always out of specific items. Definitely not the place to go to...
