On November 28 we had dinner out with family here very helpful with the language barrier because we speak little French had the steak dinner very good choice for all 4 of us and drink till near the end of the night. My oldest son decided to pay the bill what was around 260 ish left a 10 dollars tip since he was paying by debit. She grab the machine and left mad , we wonder why. We were still finishing our drinks and talking and wondering why she was mad. All of a sudden we had a manger come and ask us if there was a problem. We ask why would there be ,he said that we only left her 10 dollars tip and ask why . We told him that we were not finished and was going to leave a cash tip since my son paid . Wow couldn't believe this. I was going to leave a 50 dollars bill for her what would of been more the the 15 percent . We were so insulted we didn't even finish our drinks and left I will never recommend this place . And if you do go make sure you don't get ALEX as your waitress more concerned about tip money then better service . If I was the owner I would fire the manager and server Alex !!...

Wait staff very friendly. They will casually and without fuss serve you in English. There's a wicked idea called the bread bar: you spread your chunky slice of bread with your choice of butter, garlic butter, pesto or tomato butter and then grill it yourself. Amazingly yummy! We had flat bread pizza topped with smoked duck and honey drizzle, half sized with an order of parmigiana fries. So many carbs, so much yummy! Wine selections are interesting, don't call it "house wine" but they do have their own special recommendations. Great send off meal, we'll be back...

Je fréquente ce Pacini depuis plus de 10 ans avec toujours une grande satisfaction. Jusqu'à maintenant. J'y vais environ deux fois par année. Étant monoparentale à temps plein avec deux enfants c'est quand même une bonne sortie. En tout premier lieu, J'ai trouvé la serveuse (Josée)tres insistante au niveau des extras. Ne buvant pas d'alcool elle a fait la promotion avec un peu trop d'enthousiasme des Virgin cocktail. Pas à moi, À mes enfants... J'ai trouvé ça déplacé. Pour le repas, Je commande toujours le steak au sel de Sicile, saignant,avec les frites au parmesan. Je précise que j'ai dégusté ce plat plus d'une dizaine de fois. Me suis retrouvé avec un bœuf sec, sans jus, sans sel. Pour dire... Je ne l'ai même pas terminé. Avec des frites industriel style McDo sans parmesan. les oignons et zucchini dans les frites n'était pas frit, juste mouillé. Pas du tout l'expérience gustative d'auparavant. Donc... Déception. La serveuse (qui parle très fort au table) Nous à demander en début de repas si tout allait bien. Aillant à peine commencé nous avons répondu oui. À la fin du repas je lui ai fait part de ma déception, Et bien.... C'est tout juste si j'ai réussi à placer quelques mots, Finalement c'est "ma" faute de ne pas l'avoir mentionné quand elle est venue nous voir. Elle se servait de cette phrase comme d'un bouclier sans m'écouter. "Si" j'y retourne, Ce qui n'est pas sûr pour une sortie à 150$ sans alcool. C'est sûr que je précise d'être servi par quelqu'un d'autre. Mais il y a peu de chance que je retourne là-bas... Maintenant trop cher avec des ingrédients de...
