Service épouvantable, employés qui ne font aucun effort pour accommoder leurs clients (par exemple quand je leur demandais des serviettes et que la dame ne m'a même pas regardé, est allée remplir un pot de pailles puis m'a donné, toujours sans le mot, un seule serviette) Je ne sais pas si c'est la dame ou l'un des deux messieurs qui est le propriétaire mais les trois employés plus âgés que j'y ai rencontrés sont misérables. Quant à la nourriture, elle est trop chère et honnêtement très peu appétissante. Seulement des choix pauvres et rares de sandwichs et de salades pitoyables qui sont probablement jetés parce que personne n'ose y toucher. J'ai aussi vu un homme préparer à manger sans gants au fond du stand, ce qui est non seulement pas réglementaire, mais franchement dégueulasse. La seule raison pour laquelle le magasin ne ferme pas immédiatement ses portes est le fait qu'il s'agit d'un des rares endroits où les gens du Carrefour Richelieu peuvent se manger. Je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit à mon pire ennemi, n'y allez jamais. Si vous devez manger au Carrefour, allez chez A&W ou Super C.

Notez que la vidéo le montre en train de faire du café ou quelque chose comme ça, mais il était en train de faire une salade juste avant.

Terrible service, employees who make no effort to accommodate their customers (for example when I asked them for napkins and the lady didn't even glance at me, went to fill a bucket of straws and then gave me, still without a word, a single napkin) I don't know if it's the lady or one of the two men who is the owner but the three older employees I met there are miserable. As for the food, it is overpriced and honestly very unappetizing. Only poor and rare choices of pitiful sandwiches and salads that probably get thrown away because no one dares to touch them. I also saw a man preparing food without gloves in the back of the stand, which is not only illegal, but frankly disgusting. The only reason why the store does not immediately close its doors is the fact that it is one of the few places where people at Carrefour Richelieu can eat. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, don't ever go there. If you have to eat at the Carrefour, go to A&W or Super C.

I bought a coffee and sat down with my 2 little children. In the middle of putting my kids in chairs, I was told to rearrange my seating in a wildly cantankerous manner. The Asian guy who claimed to be the owner was unusually unprofessional. This was amidst no one even else sitting in the dining area. I was told I was blocking the rest of the customers when there were none. But I guess some companies don't take customer...

I bought something and I tried to take a fork and the lady yelled at me saying that I should ask before taking it, even tho it was besides the tables where anybody can take it. Plus, she followed me to another store and waited until I finished paying, only to scold me again.

Worst service, if I could give...
