Harvey's — Restaurant in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

We got sick after eating the food from there. There was a big chunk of meat missing from my husband's burger. The staff was eating while preparing our food. Nobody was in the restaurant the atmosphere was bleak. Never again!

First update: The manager called me today and he was very helpful he took full responsibility of his team and for that I was happy. I agreed with what he proposed to me and I will update again my review when I will go eat there again. I hate to do bad reviews I had no choice this and the manager was on my side with that.

I ate at this Harvey’s location before going to the International Balloon Festival of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu a few days ago. The cashiers were very friendly with me, but they almost forgot an item in my order, that I had to remind them of it (thankfully, they gave me the missing item at the end). On the bright side, they had a self-serve drink fountain, something I have never seen at any Harvey’s back home in Montreal. The A/C was on quite a lot that I felt cold at times. But I had a great meal and I would definitely go back to this Harvey’s location if ever I go back to Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu...

Nous somme passé au service à l'auto, quand nous avons reçu notre commande, nous avons ouvert le sac pour vérifier que nous avions bel et bien reçu ce que nous avions payé. Il y avait plein de sauce, ils on mal fermé le petit pot d'extra sauce et il y en avais littéralement partout. Mon chum a demander a la fille si il étais possible de le remplacer ou d'avoir des napkin et nous avons demander a avoir la facture. Elle revient sauf qu'elle nous redonne le sac plein de sauce, elle avais seulement changer le pot de sauce et elle ne nous a pas remis la facture, elle c'est même littéralement enfuis du comptoirs pour éviter d'entendre mon chum cogner dans sa petit fenêtre. Il a fallut retourner a l'intérieur pour leur montrer car un des burgers étais noyer dans de la sauce puis il y en avais jusqu'en dessous du sac! C'étais degeulasse de remettre sa aux client comme sa. Par la suite, j'imagine que c'étais la gérante, apres lui avoir expliqué elle nous a changer notre repas mais elle a aussi "oublier" de nous remettre la facture, j'imagine qu'elle ne voulais pas divulguer leur noms sur c'est dite factures. Elle nous a remis un chausson au pomme puis nous avons quitté. Elle nous a remis notre commande en voulant dire, allez, voilà votre nouvelle commande, partez. Payé 20$ pour deux simple burger et avoir reçu ce genre de service, pas sur...
