Ordered takeout and about an hour and a half I call back to see what’s going on and the can’t find my order, I said I received a confirmation by email and text but he continued to tell me there was nothing. I said I have the order number and I was only able to tell I’m half of the numbers when he cut me off and said “oh it wasn’t printed properly” so I asked him how long it would take and he said a good 45 minutes. They advertise a special for Mon. Tues. Wed. ex. large pizza with 2 cans. I wanted to order 10 such pizzas for our party but they refused to respect the special if you order more than 2 pizzas. The advertisement does not mention any limit. False advertising and also unpleasant and unwelcoming costumer service. Now they lost not only this order but also me and my family as their customers. Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Nous avons fait livrer 2 pizza et j'ai spécifié très clairement en faisant répéter la serveuse qu'il ne devait pas y avoir de pepperoni car j'ai une très grave intolérance alimentaire. Celle-ci m'a confirmé que c'était clairement noté. Nous avons reçu 2 pizza aux pepperoni. Nous avons rappelé et on nous as donné le choix de revenir porter une nouvelle pizza avec un délai d'au moins une heure ou d'avoir une pizza gratuite pour la prochaine fois. Je n'ai donc pas pu manger ce soir là car ce n'est pas un caprice, mais bien un problème de santé... Ce soir, nous avons rappelé et nous nous somme fait répondre que c'était impossible, qu'ils ne nous donnerait rien et que jamais ils ne retournaient les livreurs même après une erreur parce que ce serait trop long. La serveuse nous a raccroché 2 fois au nez et nous parlait comme si nous avions inventé tout ça... Grandement déçu, le service à la clientèle est selon moi un atout important pour n'importe quel...
