Crossing the US border to get my daughter’s 17th bday cake and pastries at O Chef was my best decision that morning! The chef & owner and his staff member were all smiles and most helpful, the Saint-Honoré was an absolute hit, as were the pastries (pavés, charlottes) and the macarons taken to decorate the plates. Disappointing... O'Meh Ordered a cake on a Monday to have a fresh offering for a very special occasion on Friday. Was assured it would be ready at 8am. When I arrived at 8:30am, my order was not prepared. Chef unapologetically offered me yesterday's larger cake for the same price for the smaller cake I ordered, fresh. I drive around to find a good croissants... The croissants offered at o chef reminds me of cafeteria croissants ... outside not crispy, not buttery, the texture are quite flat not layered enough.
